In my opinion the only thing Urban and scamsters are waiting for is the Statue of Limitations to expire, then they can walk away.

Longs, please dont make an all out assault on Mr. Moran's office.

The pain of our losses is much easier and quicker this way.

Then this will all be over and Urban walks away with his UAJC Irrevocable Trust in tact.

As a shareholder of CMKM Diamonds, and you as the attorney representing CMKM Diamonds, I ask that you provide me with information regarding my stock.

I want to know if you are representing the shareholders in the Interplead filing or if you are only representing Urban Casavant’s interests.

There is a campaign being spread on the internet that the shareholders are not to be contacting you while you “work” on the Interplead. I am of the opinion that Urban Casavant and yourself are privy to these internet postings and want to know why it is being allowed to continue. I have waited long enough and the “messengers” on the internet have done much damage to mine and others’ livelihoods.
