On my Ledger Nano S device, I have:

Settings - Clicked on this

The options I have are:
- Display
- Security
- Firmware version
- back

Under Security options are:
- PIN lock
- Screen saver
- Change PIN
- Passphrase
- Privacy
- Reset device
- Back

I am afraid to hit reset device...
