Thats strange as I have a Nano S as well and have “Help” as one of the tabs that gives user options. I wouldn’t reset it as I would assume thats not the issue. I believe if u reset it you get a new passcode which is fine but that can’t be the issue as you already done other trust lines with the XRPTOOLKIT.
Reset it after you get the coin off of it. I reset mine bc I couldn't find the list of word phrases. I always had the pword just no words, now I have all. The ledger is empty as my coin is on nexo. As for xumm via web...YES SIR, just use the xrp tool kit and conduct your business via laptop, I do it. or desk top. Always good to have backup access.
