I don't know Zip, exclusivity slips away with every day that passes. Doesn't the company become worth less as time goes by, barring a new indication that restarts the clock?
I think the company needs to act now to find any BP willing to come in and right the ship of the most disastrous drug rollout of the last decade. If they can get $12-15 I would jump on it.
