Go to www.otcmarkets.com and type VDRM and then click on Disclosure.

I didn’t see any mention of $600,000 in escrow but, then again I skimmed through it, as I was ignored with the revenue amount. It’s been since early August this money was to be received.

For those who purchased more shares after hearing of the Dubai deal, should be as upset about this as me. I thought picking up shares at $ .02, was a great buy!!!

Who’s going to take any hospital deal seriously, when this issue hasn’t been addressed.
