This in itself is the best part of any investment. If I had that kind of loan I could get 6% interest easy on several Mutual Funds and pay off the loan before the 3rd year with huge profits! Now take someone's ability to get that size loan with such a low interest rate and think what's next!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
It was only 2 weeks my big fear was this loan would be a toxic loan, instead it's such a non-toxic loan that who would not want in or to load more!
