Or if you had to take a side for mine it would have to be the Taliban. They are basically only interested in maintaining control in Afghanistan while the IS-affiliated zealots (or broken away, however the fuck they like to see themselves are) are looking at violent jihad worldwide.

Just hope no western powers are involved in the bombings. Like false flags toward justifying non-Afghan troops on the ground there again. Hope not. At least not yet.
