Management’s lack of consistency on what topics they discuss and their unwillingness to update on those topics they find it okay to discuss makes it impossible for shareholders to confidently read between the lines.

There has to be a happy medium between overcommunicating and what these folks have been doing for years.

It could mean nothing has happened since then to get those regulatory approvals started, or they decided to take the silent approach as to the process from that point forward.

There is at least one other possibility that, oddly, you do not mention. It could be that they had all of these plans laid out and then they locked the data and became unblinded, and . . . oops. No need for expanding those contracts. Would seem to be a rather prominent possibility to me.

"Hey Dave (me again), the statement below was in the 10Q early last year, but has not been addressed or updated since. If it's not too late, can you provide an update or status in the upcoming 10Q. (I know, get a life ??).

"The Company is in the process of entering into expanded agreements with certain Scientific Advisory Board members and certain other key consultants whom the Company anticipates will play important roles in helping the Company prepare for potential applications for regulatory approvals of the DCVax-L product. The agreements are being negotiated around structures that are contingent upon major milestones and will provide substantial incentive compensation."
