I'd do a olive oil and butter sauce and finish with fresh herbs.

Don't hide the pastas flavor.

That's a puzzler. Usually it WOULD call for a cream sauce, but not tons of cream. Or cream and butter...

I can't really think of any other possibilities.

We usually cook tortellinis in chicken broth with onion greens or leeks and serve it as soup.


The broth my wife buys is low fat and low salt.
