inflation really is a killer... Especially factoring in that any payout here will go to pay off a lot of debt which of course carries some interest.
So while money because worth less, the amount I owe becomes greater :)
Anyway, I still don't think the settlement funds have paid... my guess, and this is just a guess... is that part of the agreement was that they'd have 180 days or something to fork over the cash.
I don't think Billy has access to any funds and I actually think that we wouldn't have any settlement funds in hand at this point regardless.
That said, as you often note... sure would have been nice if he'd kept this active and trading. Shares would be a worth a whole bunch right now. Really unfortunate to miss liquidity opportunities.
