I love a good cheesesteak! I choose provolone over wiz though. I mean, I know what the cheese is, but what is the wiz ;-)
Sadly, where I live in Michigan it's hard to find a good cheesesteak, and the best option is either homemade or Jersey Mike's, which is OK.
Growing up we had a commercial meat slicer and we used to slice the ribeye and the onions paper thin, cook them up together and put them on a fresh hoagie roll with melted provolone and horseradish sauce. It was sooooo yummy!
