I like the optimism! I think you are pretty darned accurate if they release by New Years. Did they really say they thought they would get there by year end? I don't remember when they said that, but it would be a good signal on timing if so.

Gary, I’m afraid that just the opposite will happen. If we have no news by Xmas this stock will be in the .30 ish range

Here we go with the BLA talk. If you had a clue what is involved in assembling a BLA you would know that it is impossible to do in secret.

That’s not how it works Gary. I can’t imagine a lawyer telling them to do that who is worth hiring. Not at this stage, certainly and it’s also not consistent with best practices. It will come out when it comes out. Consequences are consequences. Someone else will step in and buy those shares if the news is good and people who waited and gave up other opportunities to be here and then sold at the last minute will just have to deal with it if that happens. People adjust.

I’d be happy to get more shares at a huge discount. Not ideal. I’d feel bad for those who lost out. But honestly, this is the challenge with biotechs and you win some and you lose some. Seeing .30 again would be huge. I doubt it will happen, but you can bet there will be new faces and new money swooping in on good news.

Gary, I agree with your over $2 by Thanksgiving and over $3 by XMAS, assuming they PR a release-by-date and nothing else.
