The lock in time is a random ledger block between 2:41pm UTC Thursday and 8:41am UTC Saturday. I put it wrong in my previous post, i apologize for that. It is Thurs morning and Sat morning (early) for me, being in PST. Once the lock in has occurred (you don't know until the epoch starts), you can undelegate and do whatever you want with your sgb until lock up time again; i.e. switch FTSOs, yield farm in liquidity....
