You need to lock in your delegations by Thursday morning I believe to get locked from Sat - Sat. I changed mine one Sat morning and was still on the old FTSO. I saw a youtube video that also said this. If you delegate Thursday and then on Friday, remove and delegate to another FTSO, you will still get rewards from the original FTSO and the new FTSO rewards kick in on the new epoch.
