None of us know what PKG's assets were worth. For all we know maybe it's assets were worth more than it's liabilities. Someone on facebook said weeks ago that Eric was selling off PKG's assets. Who knows maybe a fleet of cars and trucks, inventory or contracts. This auction could be for whatever is leftover and the deal is finished.
When the deal is done maybe we can be told some details and get relisted?
