Uh…. ESPIQ has announced another RS. It hasn’t happened yet.

The point isn’t even the number shares. It’s getting rid of old sharesholders for their people.

They can do a RS and then issue shares.

Anyway - not gonna argue about it - just look back a few months on ESPiQ board if you don’t believe me
