All I’ll say is the downside is more like 80% - if you are familiar with Lazar shells, many do an RS - I know what you’re gonna say, but look at SS of ESPIQ / no one thought that would RS either


Also getting rid of shareholders??? We might have 25 to 30 shareholders, I emailed the TA Friday hoping I could get the true count of share holders


One of NASDAQ tiers needs 300 shareholders, so we need more shareholders not less!
