and no evidence that he has ever successfully opened up an MJ Dispensary in Ontario/Canada.......ever. ZERO. Nada.

Yet David Berkovits still got his 10,000,000 shares from the shareholders.....courtesy of Roger.

I got impression that they really never had any intentions to actually open from git go
