We've known each other as posters for quite some time. You go from perfect logic to illogic, stridently.

But you can see why it appears to him that you are singing from the same hymn book as the sovereign citizens, right?

The common thread seems to me to be an insistence that personal freedoms are being infringed upon, overlooking the fact that there are a wide range of public safety and public health measures/laws that require.....cooperation among citizens.

The 'promote the general welfare...' in the preamble to the U.S. Constitution seems to be out of favor among more and more faux patriots.
