It's over. RCHA is dead, deceased, no longer in the land of the living, kicked the bucket, is an ex-stock.

As RCHA always was a very obvious scam, this action is welcome, even if, as usual with SEC, it's come several years too late.

There ought to be criminal proceedings too, but sadly there probably won't be.
