I do OTC because it satisfies the gambler in me.
I dont put much into them. Maybe 1-5% of portfolio
Its crazy. a good market day and I will be up well into 5 figures.
But I am more excited when an OTC gets a pop. and I make a couple bucks

In reality this company has been shut down by the SEC (nothing to do with the Market Maker). It will never be quoted again, let alone "run".

That's because Rich Pharmaceuticals was an obvious scam, as I pointed out from a very early stage:

Well you will have plenty more after this. You will learn a lot during the next couple years if you can take it. MMs are playing with every stock in the OTC for 8 months. A recoil will happen very soon and this company will run based all they are doing. I know it sucks to see your investment down right now, day after day, it will turn. Sometimes it requires a lot of patience and averaging in.

It's over. RCHA is dead, deceased, no longer in the land of the living, kicked the bucket, is an ex-stock.

As RCHA always was a very obvious scam, this action is welcome, even if, as usual with SEC, it's come several years too late.

There ought to be criminal proceedings too, but sadly there probably won't be.

of 1934, against Rich Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Respondent”).
1 The OIP directed the parties to
conduct a prehearing conference within 14 days of service of Respondent’s answer to the OIP
and, following the conference, to file a statement with the Office of the Secretary advising the
Commission of any agreements reached at said conference.2
If a prehearing conference was not
held, the parties were ordered to file a statement advising the Commission of that fact and of the
efforts made to meet and confer.3 Respondent filed an answer with the Commission on June 11,
2021. The parties have not filed any statement regarding a prehearing conference.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that by October 18, 2021, the parties shall file a statement
with the Office of the Secretary advising the Commission of any agreements reached at the
prehearing conference specified by the OIP. If a prehearing conference was not held, both
parties shall file by that date a statement, jointly or separately, advising the Commission of that
fact and of the efforts made to meet and confer. Pursuant to Rule of Practice 180(c), a party’s
failure to comply with this order may result in the Commission’s determination of the matter at
issue against that party, a finding of waiver, dismissal of the proceeding, or such other sanction
as the Commission finds appropriate.4
