I don’t believe that Nov 2nd is the end of warrant expiration for non-insiders. One batch of warrants have just expired, but there’s probably as least one more tranche of option expirations through December. That’s based on the capital raise in December 2018 and adding back the time allotted for suspensions.

One of the key numbers is the number of warrants held by insiders, which are long dated. Then you can back into the non-insider warrants to get a sense of what to expect in terms of the timing for exercise of remaining non-inside warrants.
