Right which means nothing has been signed at all with anyone. The idea that things are signed but we are waiting for Mexico just doesn’t hold water. It would be illegal for him to withhold that information. Disclosure of contracts of this magnitude is certainly material information. I’m not saying it’s not coming but I’m saying there is nothing signed or we would know by now.
