Re.SEC v. Mark Miller & crew..is it just me or are the amounts of their fraud rather paltry compared to the mega scams that are surely going on? Any thoughts as to why the SEC is investing all this this time and energy in this?

Seems to me the hijacking dormant tickers is far less likely now since the Sept 28th. Or might this be an effort to get these actors to flip and rat out others? Thoughts?

28: The Defendants Reap Ill-Gotten Gains.

136. As a result of the aforementioned conduct, Miller, Jaberian, and Rajkaran reaped more than $45,000, $240,000, and $65,000, respectively, in trading profits. Jaberian shared at least $78,000 with Miller pursuant to their profit-sharing agreement, for a total of more than $100,000 in trading profits for Miller.

“Miller hijacked five of the seven public companies, DIGI, ECMH, BLLB, UITA, and SMEV (the “Hijacked Issuers”)” between 2017-2018

What or who is link between these companies? Do they say how or why these specific ones were targeted as easy to hijack? Did they have assistance from anyone with ties to these companies?

“Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. (“BLLB”) was incorporated in Florida in June 2007, with its principal place of business in Aventura, Florida.

Digitiliti, Inc. (“DIGI”) was incorporated in Delaware in March 2006, with its principal place of business in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Encompass Holdings, Inc. (“ECMH”) was incorporated in Nevada in July 1999 under its predecessor’s name of Nova Communications Ltd., with its principal place of business in California. In or about 2011,

Simulated Environment Concepts Inc. (“SMEV”) was incorporated in Florida in 1993, with its principal place of business in North Miami Beach, Florida.”
