No doubt you are right on carving out a select shareholder base.
Still they could do a dividend for everyone who owns at a certain date. Generex Biotechnology did this with excellent results. Long story on that situation but interesting.
Docj just because they spent 292,000 and gave themselves an additional 25 million shares dosn't entitle you to get any added shares !!! Perhaps they can privately place them with several institutions at say 1.00 to 2.00 a piece...That would provide the company with ample liquidity.
They did this few month ago to AABB shareholders. They gave 1 share for every 45 shareholders hold. They are restricted for 1 year now but still nice gesture.
