Can we assume Anavex 2-73 works the same way for all three(Rett, PDD
and Alzheimer) by "Its activation of the protein causes the protein to
take on or resume modulation or facilitation of a number of homeostatic
processes in the neuron."? Thanks for your opinion.

You might want to add that 2-73 is a muscaric receptor agonist in addition to being a Sigma-1 agonist. There is reason think that the M series receptor agonism is part of the apparent success of 2-73 in AD trials.
