GC MO. Always state what he is planning on doing not what is being done. Phase 2 was started in april. Why don't we have the data now?

If you have been paying attention I never said the split was going to be 1:500. I said a split of UP TO 1:500 has already been approved.

As stated, and approved, in the stockholders meeting from 7/27/21... "extend until July 26,2022....a reverse split of the company's entire share capital share at a ratio within the range from 1 for 2 up to 1 for 500"....

Nine out of ten times, R/S are a death knell for a company. I feel La Fortuna may be wise in waiting to get in until after the R/S is complete. It takes skill, and timing, to uplist and perform an offering in tandem.

The point being if this company is not reliable to respond to its shareholders when they have inquiries, then why on earth would you think that they will care about current shareholder value when the time comes to R/S?

I wish you all luck but I will wait until this company BEGINS to get its act together.
