SBFM-PL4 passed toxicity earlier this year.

I also don't understand how you know more than Aegis? They would have gone through Slilatys history during the audit. I can't imagine they didn't think to look into previous companies.

Sunshine bought the UNDEVELOPED patent and then developed it for the past 11 years, it was posted the scientific journals many times. The inventor didn’t have the means to develop it which is a common scenario for many patents!
