Final FYI... Camille says it's not true; so worst-case, I have a documented email contradicting those/your allegations, HOWEVER...of course that was exactly what I thought he would/should say. It's not your obligation to do anything, but a couple of links about activity in EU and something about this supposed LLC would be enlightening.
