Toxicity. That’s why they got the patent so cheap. Also check how they failed a few times in how they ( sbfm) tried to “package” the patent to sell to themselves through various corporate structure.
It’s ALL THERE.... and when this totally collapses the sad thing is there will be people saying it was an “outside” conspiracy against the company rather then a conspiracy BY the company.
If you research the various corporate structures and LLC’s involved it’s all there.
