The simple answer is yes...any "air shares" could have been sorted out already. We really don't know what the exact share structure is right now, particularly when it comes to float. There is also uncertainty around whether this company intends on remaining on the public market or going private. Lots of factors that could impact share price. What I can say in no uncertain terms is that whatever happens will result in a substantial increase in share price.
