many people dont understand why things dont happen quicker, agree deal will get done
consider that the lawyers are not just sitting around waiting to do this deal
Consider the accounting firm to run the numbers/shares/money are not sitting around waiting for this deal
Other side is probably working so their company is functioning
having been involved in purchasing companies the better deals will take time and public company deals take longer because there are more rules to follow & document
Again, GM needs to manage his PR/twitter better to set proper expectations, this will also keep the bashers/shorters at a minimum because they will have less to work with
