With no liability on the table am thinking this is as close as it gets to completed. I don't know what you read from my post. It is my understanding from all information I have read that this was contingent on the liability being REMOVED.
And someone on twitter needs some smithing lessons..... Let's hope this is the case and it is still in play. I think it is.
