Nope. You got it exactly right. There is a lot of off-topic stuff being posted in an attempt to give some legitimacy to "Gulf Seafood Inc." or GSI. So far, they've all missed the mark by wide margins.
Apparently...anyone with a fishing boat on the west coast of FL is a candidate to rep GSI.
