Hi Gary, so do you think we are holding out on purpose? C'mon, we are working hard on this one-of-a-kind process. We have already chewed through several vendors. There are three major players in this process. The transfer agent (TA), the escrow agent, and the law firm, all have their own in-house councils. Each of these groups have been battling with their opinions on this new process. There is no precedent for any of them to draw on to state or convince the other party how this should work, and the battles between the different groups has been frustrating.

This never been done before breakthrough process is harder than anyone can expect. If it was easy, it would have already been done.

Maybe that's what Mr. Novas is waiting for, a delisting of MSSV. Then the payout is cancelled and he can say, I was going to pay LAHO folks the payout, but now the acquisition is no longer valid. There's a reason for this delay. There's a plan behind it.
