Complete bullshit from Lans IR. The mechanism is in place and is used every trading day. They just need to do it.
But they wont, because they have never had a real intention of just giving away 8.2 million bucks. Lying con men fraudsters just don't do that. They just lie about it.
Some one has to be in charge. The law firm and the escrow agent are advisers at best but do not run MSSV nor do not own the company. They may own a substantial chuck of it as long as they have be obstructing. There is a correlation; the great the obstructions the greater “our” take so let’s obstruct as much as possible! Any way holding 48M shares at over 53K, gives me a degree of concern that this long delayed settlement be made.
