Do you ever know what you are talking about, TC Energy, a Canadian Company has been transporting oil from Alberta since 2008 through the various Keystone Pipelines throughout the Midwest, most notably these pipeline systems connect Illinois and Texas refinery's, and Oklahoma. The actual pipelines were built by an Australian engineering company using Canadian employees. The one in question is a separate pipeline, because this crude oil is the worse crude, it is not used in America or Canada, it's too heavy in oil residue, it cannot be transported in all of the other keystone Pipelines, it needs its own pipeline.

Oh yeah, it is a Canadian pipeline, it's been a Canadian pipeline since it was built in 2008.

Well aren't you misinformed and seem proud of it. Do you know who TC Energy is and where there corporate headquarters are? Do You? Do you also know who owns the Keystone Pipeline
