Stand alone....TLD could have been PR'd nearly a year ago. I don't think the Journal is the "1000# Gorilla", I believe the BLA and all the parts have overwhelmed NWBO's manpower and expertise and needs their total attention.
I'm not being critical. The data is enormously complex. Defining a path and executing requires an almost genius plan. So many pieces for a BLA. All else is subordinate....or at least until the BLA has finalized for application.
That too would be sensible to PR the TLD before BLA....that would create more credibility to the BLA publicity. As I have noticed, the FDA needs to be the lead entity to evaluate the Trial Data and not be subordinate to the Scientific Data Published in a Journal.
