Not strange. Those real world videos are all from the AU P2a trial. I believe there is language in the agreements of the more recent recruited blinded trials by which the patients and caregivers can’t discuss results outside of the immediate family or else it can create bias and screw up the results.

With real world patients like this recovering I can’t see how we don’t get approval eventually.

I get the feeling that Dr Missling’s plan is going to be to put an iceburg on the FDA’s desk, right in front of them with a giant crane. If they choose not to do anything at that point then dont worry because they will all drown from it melting…… they will say the reason they are drowning is from “global warming”, side stepping the entire issue and our gov can step in and save them yet again by printing even more money.
