I’m not sure if beginning of that email makes much difference in context of what we already know — that Feldenkrais wasn’t giving them shares unless Adar agreed to sell $3M with a split of $2M for Feldenkrais’ benefit. That’s a shakedown!
You get nothing unless you agree to sell $3M and give me $2M. That’s damning for a CEO to engage in this sort of shady behavior, and the fact that he didn’t care that if Adar had agreed it would’ve decimated his investors. That alone speaks volumes as to his character.
Read the answer to the complaint. They state what they claim was a couple of emails before and an email after and the dates and said they will provide in discovery. They claim Adar proposed investing in the company and MF was talking about the company not for himself personally. So we will see the amended response and if they provide the other emails to the conversation that was going back and forth at the time vs the 1 email Adar submitted.
