Everybody is focused on the NASDAQ up list, that I give a 20% chance of happening. We need the merger, paid for in cash and the toxic debt to be a non-factor or completely eliminated.

Agreed. To get to NASDAQ is different than OTC stocks simply doing a R/S.
In the latter, it too often spells "intent to dilute"
