Any convertible debt needs to be eliminated, period. Starting in the spring any OTC with dilution has been shunned. Once it’s confirmed done, I will be a buyer again along with everyone else sitting on the sideline.

No Kidding. I mean a NASDAQ uplist and RS is so far off I don't even consider it news worthy atm. Funny thing is more people are taking this potential RS to NASDAQ detrimentally than they do for a typical pink sheet doing a 1 for 100 RS and staying on the pinks.

Very strange mentality here right now.

I agree. I think NASDAQ up listing at this point is fairy dust.
