A R/S will not impact share holders value in itself.
What it does after that will.
To get to the normal NASDAQ minimum, from .03 to 5.00 would take almost 1:170.
I believe they are shooting for NASDAQ as it would possibly attract the larger institutional investors that even the OTCQB or OTCQX would not.
