This company's problem is about the reverse split for listing on NASDAQ. That is diluted common shareholders value. How many shares will be reversed to qualify for trading on that market?. It's just a pink OTC that made a profit last quarter and hasn't surpassed OTCQB yet. My Opinion, This is crazy suicide business.
