IF the public doesn't spend, let alone invest, the 1% will certainly survive. However, as connected as I am pleased to be in some areas of my life....knowing when the 1% will act in the Market is not one of them.
The canary in the coal mine for me is the public confidence to spend and I see that eroding....rapidly. When and if (in the USA) government subsidies require reality checks to the cost of living, I expect it to be even more visible.
