OK, I will concede that I don't like the AS number so my expectation is that it will be used to support future growth.

Lets pretent that they have to give SRT 200M or so shares to assumne control of the patents, and lets assume the patents are what I beleive they are, I think I could live with that.

Now if they were to issue 1,000,000,000 shares I would get what I can before the R/S hits.

I think I will add the increase in AS to my Tony list.
