The battery needed to power this presently doesn’t exist in a sufficient capacity/size that could fit in a turtle AND have enough power to operate the Tx/Rx functions of this device.

The photovoltaic cell needed for this does not yet exist in a size small enough to fit on/in a turtle AND have the efficiency to power the system AND much less even begin to think about charging the battery.

Then there still remain the horizontal vs vertical polarization of the antenna which results in a 25 dB loss in all directions…

There is nothing to get excited about I sold 400,000 shares last week to get rid of dead money.

Our only connection to the company Roily23 has been disconnected.

Last update was to go to a tech similar to smart turtles but without NPI Mobile.

NPI couldn't couldn't come up with the money to develop he technology Hicks couldn't come up with the money to develop the technology. no reason to believe Stein who couldn't come up with the money to develop PMPG before will come up with the money to create their own patents and develop their technology.

Stein has missed every self imposed deadline to get out of the expert market to date. ,

Still holding over 300,000 shares just in case, but currently not very optimistic
