Not one filing has been done correctly. Filing a grossly incorrect amended 10Q should bring swift penalties, in my opinion.

My personal beliefs are that those big names in this company either don’t know or have just loaned their name out for BOD status.

I don't see this share count increase anything to be concerned with.
