Well, I'm glad you will at least admit that he wants to reduce the population. At least we've gotten that out of the way. He explicitly mentions vaccines in his list of ways to lower the "P" number. "P" needs to go down he says, and vaccines were included in his description of how to achieve that. If he didn't mean for vaccines to reduce the population number, then what role do vaccines play in his equation? Why mention them at all?
