keep in mind he was spamming the board and asked to stop several times. We reached an agreement since the subject is "discussed" daily. He was just posting indiscriminate posts! Facts, my dear!

The answer is "NO". There is not one word in the TOU about repetitive comments. As best as I can see, a person could post.... "This stock is a scam." 20 times a day on the same board with zero threat of deletion.

If admin doesn't want a person to be able to do that, they should have something about redundancy in the TOU... AND they should have a reason in the drop down deletion box that says something related to being repetitive.

But, until they do - and assuming I haven't overlooked something - there is nothing "wrong" with it.

Depends. The same post can't be reposted constantly, it's spam. Give me an example.
